Mackenzie Powers got his BA in Communication Disorders from CSU Los Angeles in 2013. He's been an Android developer ever since there was an Android to develop for, as he saved his pennies from selling batteries at RadioShack to purchase the first developer device, the ADP-1, in 2009. He worked on apps as a hobby for two years, and got his start in professional development with a startup named Core-apps in 2011. After spending two years there, working on apps for clients like the Consumer Electronics Expo and the Electronic Entertainment Expo, he moved on to Phunware, where he worked on apps for media companies, used by millions of people. He now works for TeamSnap.
